Leading a fulfilling romantic relationship is often high on our wish list. We long for deep, genuine love, for connection, for the feeling of being seen, understood, and loved. To arrive together, feel a sense of belonging, laugh together, and create a harmonious, meaningful life – this is what we desire.
Yet, we often only give our relationship attention when things become difficult or tangled. During the honeymoon phase, which can last a few weeks, months, or up to two years, everything often seems to work effortlessly. Long-term, vibrant, fulfilling relationships, however, require consistent attention, loving care, and mindfulness. Depth does not arise automatically, and vitality rarely persists over the years without conscious nurturing.
There is a widespread, often unconscious belief that functional relationships – as Hollywood films suggest – should always be exciting, beautiful, and uplifting on every level, 24/7. And all of this without effort or work on the relationship. “As long as we love each other, isn’t that enough?” Some people also think: “If we need to work on the relationship or seek support, it’s a sign of failure, that something is wrong – maybe we’re simply incompatible.” Honestly: I find this mindset absolutely mind-blowing!
Because: Our romantic relationship is not a cactus! It doesn’t thrive on autopilot.
In business, it is normal to regularly assess what a company needs to succeed, grow, and flourish. Meetings, reviews, team-building days, training sessions – all of this is standard. Who are the Couple's Sessions for?

The sessions are designed for couples who wish to consciously nurture and deepen their romantic relationship – whether you have been together for years or are newly a couple. They are suitable for couples who:

• You both immerse simultaneously in your breathwork journey – lying side by side, guided by me, accompanied by moving music and essential oils. Each person remains fully in their individual experience, diving into their inner world through the breath, yet connected in the shared field.

• If you book a package: In addition, you will learn couple exercises for everyday life to deepen your connection and nourish your relationship

Your first Couple’s Session – Introduction
​
During our first meeting, we get to know each other. You have the opportunity to experience breathwork together and feel whether it resonates with you and whether you want to continue. The first session also includes a careful introduction to the technique of connected breath and space to address your questions. After the introductory session, you can continue the Couple’s Sessions in two ways: either with single sessions as needed or with a 3-session package offered in two progressive levels: Your Couple’s Journey - Foundation and Your Couple’s Journey – Deepening.​​

Session 1: Release, Centre & Inner Calm
This session introduces a somatic exercise to help release physical and mental tension and to ground yourself in the body. I guide you through a conscious, mindful encounter as a couple. You will also learn a simple but effective breath technique for stress reduction and diaphragm activation, helping you to centre yourself in daily life. You will practice guiding and supporting each other in the exercise – a practice that creates closeness and connection. This is followed by your individual connected breath journey. The session concludes with integration, sharing, and tea & snacks.
Session 2: Fully Present, Connected with Each Other
In this session, I share one of my favourite couple exercises. Through synchronised breathing, you arrive fully in the present moment together, non-verbally. You experience being fully with yourself while in deep, authentic connection with your partner and their essence. The exercise can be easily integrated into daily life and often becomes a regular part of couples’ routines once the positive effect on the relationship is experienced. Afterwards, you have your individual connected breath journey, followed by integration, sharing, and grounding with tea & snacks.
Session 3: Closeness & Genuine Connection Through Heart Communication
This is one of my favourite sessions! Here I share an exercise that has been a real game-changer in my own marriage. It focuses on communication, mindful listening, and speaking from the heart. You will experience the relief and fulfilment of being truly heard and listening attentively and empathetically to your partner. Space is created to share without interruption. This tool fosters closeness, understanding, and a new quality of presence in your interactions. Often, a change in connection is felt within minutes. This is followed by your individual connected breath journey and concludes with integration, sharing, tea, snacks, and reflection on the past three sessions.

Session 1: Cultivating Appreciation​
This session focuses on expressing appreciation in the relationship. You learn a simple, structured communication practice that nurtures emotional connection and cultivates a sense of safety and trust. With regular practice, this increases closeness, joy, and a sense of mutual appreciation. The exercise can be used as a small bedtime ritual or throughout the day, and can have a truly transformative effect on the relationship. This is followed by your individual connected breath journey, integration, sharing, and grounding with tea & snacks.

Session 2: Constructively Managing Conflict & Growing TogetherConflicts are a natural part of any relationship. You will learn a method to transform conflicts and triggers at their root. Harmony depends on how constructively tensions are addressed. Partners often react differently—either by withdrawing or by confronting—which is rarely helpful. During the session, you only share what you feel comfortable with and experience the exercise privately. Followed by a shorter breathwork journey and a closing.

Session 3: Celebration & Integration
The final session is dedicated to integrating and celebrating. Together, we reflect on and honour the positive changes in your relationship resulting from the shared work and breathwork journeys. There is space to review all exercises, clarify questions, and address any remaining topics that are important for you. This is followed by your individual connected breath journey and concludes with a celebratory ending with tea & snacks.
